Everyone in the office was very friendly - the receptionist, the eye tech, the doctor, and the office manager. The doctor heard my concerns and didn't dismiss my experience with contact lenses that hurt (unlike a previous doctor I saw). I'm glad I found a doctor that I actually want to return to.

Fast and courteous! I've found my new eye doctor in DC. The front desk staff and assistants are all so kind and welcoming. I waited no more than 10 minutes on a Friday before a long weekend. The total for my annual eye exam came out to under two hundo -- fair enough for a once a year visit in my opinion. Will be back!

Dr. Ayalew and her staff were very kind and helpful. As someone who had gone 10 years without an eye exam, I did not know what to expect, but they took care of me promptly and guided me through every step of the process.
